A wooden desk by a window: an open laptop, a pile of opened mail in front of it, glasses on top, a cup of coffee gone cold.

Live

Mail assistant

Sorts your inbox, drafts your replies.

In a few words

You're with a client; in that same time a dozen requests come in and bury the two messages that actually matter. The mail assistant reads your inbox for you, files away what needs no answer, and prepares the replies that do.

How it works

  1. 01 The mail arrives as usual

At your current address. Nothing to install, nothing to change at your end.

  2. 02 It files while you're with a client

What needs an answer stays in front of you; cold outreach goes into « To sort ».

  3. 03 The replies wait for you

Written in your style, placed in your Drafts folder, under the right conversation.

  4. 04 One email in the morning

What's waiting, what's been filed, what's ready to go. You review, you send.

Le détail

What it does with your inbox

Every message gets a tier: what asks something of you stays in front of you, information stays too, cold outreach goes into a « To sort » folder, noise is marked as read. You open your phone and your inbox is already tidy.

A practice seen from the doorway: two armchairs, a practitioner from behind taking notes, a phone face down on the hallway console.
During the session, nobody answers. That's normal.

Your replies, in your handwriting

It learns your way of writing from your own sent messages — your turns of phrase, your length, the register you use with each correspondent. You have no document to prepare: your years of correspondence are already there.

Hands holding a phone at a kitchen table in the early morning, the screen turned out of frame, a notebook and a cup beside them.
In the morning, only one message to read.

Nothing goes out without you

The drafts are placed in your Drafts folder, under the right conversation. You review from your phone, you correct, you send. There is no path by which an email would go out in your name.

One email in the morning

Just one, in the morning: what's waiting for you, what has been filed away, what is ready to go. A summary, not one more notification.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to change address or software?

No. We connect to the mailbox you already have — Infomaniak, Gmail and Google Workspace, Hostpoint, Bluewin and most hosts. You keep reading your messages exactly where you read them today. Only Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com are still waiting: Microsoft no longer accepts this way of connecting, and the one-click version isn't open.

What do you see of my emails?

We don't keep the content of your messages: only the sender, the subject and the tier assigned. The text is read at sorting time and then erased. Your password is encrypted and never shown back to us.

And if it files something wrongly?

You correct it in one click, and that correction is never overwritten again. That's also how it learns what matters in your business.

Can I stop it whenever I want?

Yes, one pause button. Nothing is read, nothing is filed, no summary is sent, and your history stays intact.

Tell us what takes up most of your time.

We answer within two working days. And if what you need isn't something we do, we'll tell you that too.
