What it watches
Every course of sessions under way. As the course nears its end, the patient receives a short questionnaire by SMS; the answers come back to the practice.

From the answers and the session history, the renewal request to the doctor is drafted for you. You review it and you send it: the decision stays with the practice, and nothing goes out without your agreement.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to be a client already to use it?
Not at all. It's an independent module: it works on its own, and many practices take only this one.
Does the patient have to install anything?
No, nothing at all. They get an SMS and reply inside it, like any normal message — no app to install, no account to create.
Does the module write to the doctor for me?
No. It prepares the request, you review it, and you send it. On a medical matter, we insist there is always someone from the practice between the module and the doctor.
And are 150 SMS enough?
For a practice of usual size, yes, with room to spare. And if you get close to the limit, we tell you so we can discuss it — you won't discover an overage on an invoice.
Where is patient data stored?
In Europe, and it is never used to train a model. The module keeps only what is needed to follow the treatment, nothing more.
