Frequently asked questions
Do I have to change calendars?
No, you keep yours. The widget syncs with it, and the slots offered take into account everything already blocked in it.
Can I keep some appointments to myself?
Yes. You choose which services can be booked online and which have to go through you.
And if two people book the same slot?
That doesn't happen: the slot is blocked at the very moment of confirmation, so the second person no longer sees it.
Are the SMS included in the price?
Yes, appointment confirmations and reminders are included in the plan; there's nothing to add.
